Abandoned coastal development in Taiwan

This never completed development outside of Taipei built in the early 80’s has been abandoned for years. Superstitious locals believe the area to be haunted by ghosts.

The area is called San Zhi and was reported to be commissioned by local government officials and developers who created this development in an undesirable area along the coast.
