“Goldilocks” May Be Right For Life
Astronomers have found a planet they believe to be more than hospitable for life. The planet is not much larger than Earth and has temperaturs around 68F. Stéphane Udry from the Geneva Observatory in Switzerland and colleagues discovered the planet using the European Souther Observatory’s 3.6-meter telescope, which is located in Chile.
Though it is not currently know if water exists on the planet, they first thought is that it’s distance from a local star places it for great possibility.
Everything at this point is just theory, and until the National Enclave of Researching Doctors (NERDs) meet, there will just be lots of speculation and more movies.
