Unoccupied since the 40’s this 5 acre estate has a large cave house with three adjoining caves. Named “Rock Cottage” the complex recently sold at auction for 100 thousand pounds (about 200K US dollars) in Wolverley, England.
The estate is a bit rustic, there is no electricity or water supply but boasts a front door, windows and fireplaces, as well as a pantry, sitting room and a bedroom. Experts say it is questionable whether it would be suitable for human habitation.
Initially given a guide price of £25,000, it had generated more than 50 requests for viewings. People came as far away as Spain to auction on the property.

people! You are a meany! And retarded means slow, not menataly ill! UGH!!
Emily you are clearly incapable of wrapping your head around the fact that a word can have more than one meaning. I suppose you have never seen or heard of a fire retardant. I supposed one of those makes a fire mentally handicapped.
