First ever gay presidential debate
The Democratic presidential candidates who recently turned down a debate on the largest cable news channel agreed to a debate on the decidedly lower rated gay network LOGO. Maybe to aim more for middle America they should balance it out and agree to a debate during WWE raw. Each candidate would manage their own wrestler in staged event that everyone knows Hillary is going to win anyway.
John Edwards, Hillary Clinton, and Barack Obama have already agreed to the debate with several others showing interest. The debate will focus on gay issues like “The don’t ask don’t tell policy” in the military and gay marriage. Other topics such as workplace fairness, the military, hate crimes, and HIV/AIDS are due to be discussed.

The debate will be moderated by Human Rights Campaign president Joe Solmonese and singer Melissa Etheridge. There is no word on whether Etheridge plans on performing any songs during the event. The debate will be held on August 9th and broadcast on gay network LOGO at 9:00 pm ET (6:00 pm ET) and through live streaming video at LOGOonline.com.
MTV which owns the LOGO network help put the debate together.
